Liquor Inventory
Physical counts, stock movements, and PAR levels from the shared transfer catalogue.
Expected stock = last physical count + recorded transfers and adjustments. Sales usage is included only when recorded as an adjustment. “Not counted” is an unknown balance.
Physical count
Enter quantities in each product’s master unit. For bottles, 2.5 means two full bottles and half of an open bottle. Blank entries are uncounted; enter 0 for no stock.
Stop stock movements during the count. If a counted product changes, submission is blocked until you start fresh and verify it.
Count & movement history
Filters apply to the loaded history. Load older records to search further back. Times are shown in America/Chicago.

Uses the location, category, and search filters above. Quantities are grouped by master unit and exclude unknown balances. Below-PAR totals include counted products with a configured PAR.
